The responsibilites of the Circuit Court Clerk is to maintain a record of all court cases for the Associate Court, Circuit Court and Municipal Courts of Appleton City, Lowry City and Osceola.
Circuit Court law days are the 1st Monday of each month (excluding holidays).
Records available for family research are circuit and probate records from 1841 to present.
All cases, including traffic cases, since Jan. 1, 2003 may be found on Casenet online at www.courts.mo.gov. Fees and Costs
Filing Fee and Cost Deposit
1) Court Case Deposit
Unless waived by the Court or otherwise provided by rule or law, and before a case is filed, there shall be deposited with the Court, the following sums:
