Associate Circuit Judge's Duties
* Processes misdemeanors, traffic violations, preliminary hearings, landlord/tenant cases and cases assigned from the Circuit Court, etc.
* Processes small claim court cases (up to $3000.00)
* Salary paid by State, office space and supplies paid by County.
